So it’s been awhile since my last C25K post. I haven’t quit – I’ve just been busy with getting ready to move and closing on the house which is on Friday!!!

Week 5 Workout 1: Easy 5.4 mph running for 5 minutes with 3 minutes of walking at 3.8 mph. Easy peasy. No challenge.
Week 5 Workout 2: 2 eight minute runs – the most to date and I can easily say the longest time I have run in YEARS (since at least 2008). My shins were hurting a bit by the end – that’s for sure.
Week 5 Workout 3: 20 minutes. 20 minutes. The longest time I think I have EVER run at one time in my life (most likely). I was SO proud. So accomplished. Wow. In preparation for this run, I stretched on my yoga ball while wearing my fake compression socks. After, I iced my shins.
I will try to get to weeks 6, 7 and 8 soon – if I can find time between moving.
Question: What is the longest you have run (time-wise)?

Longest I’ve run is 3hr 40min (my first and only marathon). Great job on your accomplishment!
Oh my gosh. I am blown away. I think ONCE I ran for 15 minutes straight.
NEVER AGAIN.
Ok, maybe someday again… but probably not soon.
